Changed banking details without my permisssion

In December 2012 I applied for 3G which was added to my existing account, D/O didn't go thru Dec, Jan 2013, Feb 2013, on investigating I found out my banking details were changed in error in Dec. I asked how much was outstanding and I was given an amount double my normal bill. I queried the amount I was advised I would be credited and the 3 months that I wasnot debited would be spread over 4 months. I am still waiting for find out what that amount will be and why my banking details were changed without my permission. The credit controller left a note on my MTN account "banking account doesn't exist in December 2012 and never bothered to call me or follow up why the banking details were incorrect. I have been with MTN for over a year on D/O and no one found it strange that the banking details did not exist all of a sudden.
It have been 3 weeks and I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. MTN only gives me an update when I enquire what is the feedback. No one is keeping me in the loop of how far they are and what is going on. I should be credited with the 3months I was not debited instead of making a payment arragement. How are they being accoutable for their error!!!
