Dont trust ACI at all!!!

Me and my wife signed up for this whatever you guys may refer to as a holiday package but when doing so i didnt have my banking details at hand and promised to send it to him via sms which i did the very next day whereby i am still awaiting my thank you dog or cat response for the banking details Mr or dog. Anyway the story goes on, my wife and i experienced some issues and I immediately notify the incompetent salesman about it and cancel contract but again his customer service was beyond disgusting and never replied. After that happened someone called me up like 7 months later to ask me dumb and pathetic questions which i didnt need to answer because the contract should have cancel and i sent through all the documents to there lawyers which said that he would pass it on to THEM ACI, doubt that happened but they could call every two seconds for this and that which i passed on to THEM (LAWYERS). Thinking everything has been settled its now been 1 year and 4 months later and my wife gets a call again explaining nothing has been cancelled. NOW ACI STAY AWAY OR THERE WILL BE A WAY MADE FOR YOU TO STAY AWAY!!! YOU GUYS ARE INCOMPETENT BUNCH AND YOU GUYS ARE JUST PATHETIC!!!
