I settled my account with an amount of R14 000 at a MTN shop in Mthatha and was promised that my line would be reconnected the following day. Today my line is still not reconnected so I called the 808 number, the operator transferred me to the Legal department where I was "assisted" by a lady who was so rude and unwilling to help me. She was asking me for all kinds of details which I did not have. Paid R14 000 for skwaat and I am sooo gonna cancel my contract and move to a decent service provider.
