HOW DO I GET MY ADSL RECONNECTED?

I am beyond frustrated. What do I need to do to get my ADSL line working again? This is Telkoms error - our account is paid up in FULL. No service for almost three months...
NO ONE seems able to get my line reconnected!!! WHAT DO I DO???
PLEASE TELKOM! THIS IS BEYOND FRUSTRATING!!!
