No response following my application's submission

I submitted all the required documentation for my application to Mpho Malatjie on 26 November 2013 and was told that my application was being processed and put through on the same day by Mpho. I have had no feedback regarding this application since and my enquiries submitted on two occasions today have been ignored. This is outrageous treatment and I expect to be informed on the progress without any further delay!
