Really Bad Service

Im writing this while biting my lip. I have been very patient up until now but now i have had enough. I am using the 8ta 10gb bundle and have had an outstanding balance which i settled 2 weeks ago. Up until now i have not been reconnected. I have contacted 8ta numerous times without any luck. I have been told the amount is reflecting on my account but they are not sure why i haven't been reconnected. I am fed up having to contact 8ta everyday regarding this. Is there any law about service providers breaching contract so i can cancel? I don't want to pay for something i can't use.
