As stated in my previous email, I had a call from "Get it" late in the afternoon aprox 15:00 pm 16th October 2013 from a telesales lady.
After beeing told that I could cancell within four days at no charge accepted the deal pending the arrival of the terms and conditions via email as she could not provide me with a link or send any information before acceptance.
I cancelled this deal on the same day 16th October 2013 at 17:28 pm not even four hours later, therefore I do not owe any moneys in regard to "Get it" for October or November.
I have no intention playing this game of email tennis with you and refuse to pay on the grounds of my conversation with the sales lady I spoke to, Please forward me the recorded conversation of my contract so I can forward this to my lawyer and to the consumer protection as this is extortion at its best, should you persist in this matter I will cancel my debit order with my bank and refuse to pay any money until cell c can get its invoicing correct.
I would suggest before Cell C have sales people call as part of Cell C they have proper training and furnish customers correct information. Please sent me the recorded conversation asap
