Unacceptable Service and false advertising

On 30 September I received a call from Joy to process an order for the new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (as I pre-registered on the website for the phone prior to its launch).

Joy informed me that the phone will be delivered the next day (1 Oct 2013) in line with the next day delivery policy as advertised by Vodacom on their website.

Furthermore Joy explained to me that special packages existed for the pre-launch customers. I asked him what the R999 package included, on which he replied more than once that it included unlimited sms', unlimited anytime minutes and 1024mb data. I confirmed this with him more than once during our conversation.

Its is now 2 October 2013 and I still have not received my phone. I have also learned that the package information is also not correct and only includes 700 minutes anytime minutes.

I would now like some feedback with regards to this as I numerously spoke to Joy on 1 October who gave me different excuses for the late delivery. I also demand a copy of the conversation that was recorded on 30 September 08:08 when I requested the package information.
