Cell C does not do as they promise (refund)

I had complained about cell c on the 22nd of March, that they still taking my money from my account and Sipho from cell c responed on the same day. After all the conversation we had his word was that he will forward the case to the person who promised me a refund due to being misled into entering in a cell c contract. I phoned in today and Spoke to Sibulele, the consultant and she told me that nothing shows in the system about refund, the contract is cancelled but Im still being charged for nothing Ref: 3032700968 and the previous one was Ref: 3031700182, nothing happened still, I also send them an email and nothing happens. I would be happy if cell c can know how to treat consumers, and communicate their information clearly when begging people to enter in a cell phone contract with them, and I would like to know what are they willing to do about this case or they are still enjoying my account, and for the loss I suffer, I would like to know what are they gonna do about it. ( the contract sim card number is 8927 0763 1121 1393 207, cell number is 074 925 2072. All in all, I would like to thank cell c for teaching me a lesson of giving away my bank details without signing any T/C's
