Dear all at 'customer we don't care', Vodacom

4 days I have sent the below email (no need to say no response as usual sub zero service). I was forced to take NEOTEL internet service to keep my business operating. THANK YOU NEOTEL FOR ALL YOUR ASSISTANCE.
The email was opened just minutes after sending my complaint, yet I am still down with my internet due to yet ANOTHER Vodacom -up and lousy service.
It is not complicated to tell that the error is of course with Vodacom as the money for my new contract (which I strongly regret to continue with) was not deducted from my bank account. As confirmed during the conversation with the useless sales lady, I confirmed that moneys would be taken as usual from my account as per debit order (please listen to the conversation once again as Vodacom has not commit for the second time to the legal terms and conditions). A once again unhappy client.
