Did a sim swap on Thurs, everything working fine except BBM, called 111 and I am given the run around, first put on hold and then somehow my call was transferred to someone else who has competency of who knows what, I couldn't even hear what he was trying to say he was speaking so unclearly, Starts asking for numbers on my phone, there are NO numbers on my phone, I couldn't take his approach to me and gave up, guess what Vodacom? I googled my issue and guess what? All I needed to do was reregister my phone, not one of the three consultants of yours that I spoke to managed to tell me that, looks like I know more that the people you are employing, what a joke, pfffft
