Poor srevice

I took my cell phone to Cell C store in Carlton Centre for the repair the phone is under my brother's name contract, that was on the 03 September 2013 than they told me to check it after 21 days I did as they told me. I emailed them to check if the device is fixed, they told me that the devices has been re-booked to another repair centre waterfall mall. another 21 days pass I emailed them again they told me that the device is in the head office they trying to get it back to them. what worries me a lot is the they said they don't know how long will take for them to get the device, who know maybe I still going to wait for another 3 months or else I would not get it if I'm not making any follow up.
