I EVEN RECEIVED A CALL AND SMS STATING THAT MY PAYMENT WAS APPLIED TO MY ACCOUNT SO WHY IS MY STATEMENT SHOWING THAT BALANCE! PLEASE SORT THIS OUT A.S.A.P. DON'T GIVE ME THAT NONSENSE ABOUT I PAID LATE WHEN I RECEIVED A CALL AND SMS TO STATE THAT THE PAYMENT WAS APPLIED!

YOU PEOPLE NEED TO SORT OUT YOUR BILLING DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEES AS I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO FOLLOW UP ON THESE SORT OF THINGS!!
