HI I AM A CUSTOMER OF MTN
I HAVE DONE MY PAYMENT UP TO DATE, BUT THEY HAVE CUT OFF MY LINE.

ONE PAYMENT ON THE 23/09/2013 I DO HAVE A RECEIPT AND THE OTHER PAYMENT ON THE 10/10/2013 I DO NOT HAVE A RECEIPT BUT A BANK STATEMENT SHOWING A PAYMENT FOR MTN ON THE 10/10/2013 AMOUNT OF R350.00.

I WENT TO THE GATEWAY STORE YESTERDAY TO CHECK AS TO WHAT IS GOING ON:

, THIS IS WHAT I GET TOLD FROM THE STORE MANAGER NAME VELOSHI GOVENDER:

SHE TELLS ME THAT SHE AS TO CHECK AS TO WHAT IS GOING ON, I SAID OK SO I SIT THERE FOR ABOUT 30MIN THEN SHE COMES AND TELLS ME THAT THEY CAN NOT PICK UP ANYTHING ON THEY SYSTEM THAT I HAVE DONE MY LAST PAYMENT ON THE 10/10/2013.
I HAVE GOT MY BANK STATEMENT SHOWING R350.00 PAID TO MTN.
MY LINE WAS CUT FROM THE 17/10/2013 AT 08:00 AM I HAD NO ACCESS TO ANYTHING
SHE THEN TELLS ME THAT SHE WILL RECONNECT MY LINE AND SHE WILL FAX MY BANK STATEMENT TO THE HEAD OFFICE AND IT WILL GET SORTED OUT LATEST 18/10/2013,
SHE HAD TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL CALL ME IN THE MORNING SO SHE DID AND SHE TELLS ME THAT I MUST CALL MY BANK AND CHECK WHAT IS THE PROBLEM THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM TO SORT OUT THIS IS HER JOB TO SORT T
