Different reply every time i phone

I've reported a problem with my service on the 25th of November 2013 and was told that my phone will be working within 48 hours. Every time I phone I get a different story on the progress. Yesterday at about 1pm I was told that someone will phone me now as they need acsess to my house.(still waiting for that call) Later when I phoned again i was told by a different person that I will only recieve a call in three days time. today is the third day and when I phoned I was told to wait and the technition can not be rushed otherwise he will make a mistake with crossed lines. I suppose the technisions is as incompiutant as the call centre staff. I've been on the line now for 20 minutes and still no manager are available to speak to me
