Upgraded contract

I upgraded my cotract on the 13th of October 2013, my free minutes and data and free sms's are suppose to be updated on the 12th of every month up to now I haven't recieved anything. I phoned yesterday at 08h49, I was told a complaint was logged with the technical department and will be sorted out in 2 to 24 hours, nothing happened. I phoned this morning at 10h38 and was told he can see a complaint was logged so I have to have to wait another 2 to 24 hours because he logged another complaint. In the meantime I am paying for calls and sms's and mails as I'm using the phone for business. I was told to stop using the phone untill I recieve my data and call packages. Seeing that it is a business phone it is not a clever thing to do. Yesterday when I ask to speak to a supervisor I was told someone will phone me back, I am still waiting Hope you guys can help me please.
