I phoned Telkom on 30 Oct 2013 to log a call for a technician to come out as I need another line to be installed for my speedpoint machine at my optometry practice. Was told it takes 2-3 working days. On 1 November I phoned again, spoke to Monica (Ref: 768CRZ011113) and was told it takes 6 woking days. This morning someone from Telkom phoned, asked to confirm our telephone number and dropped the call. From then on we can't recieve any calls at the practice and we can't phone out. I phoned Telkom again, spoke to Yandisa (Ref 966CRZ071113) and was told that the incident was resolved and that a technician was at our practice and that she will have to log a new call for the lines being down. No one was here and now I can't make or recieve calls. I haven't been able to use my speedpoint for almost 2 weeks and now my phones don't work. I'm trying to run a business here and no one is willing to help me for a service I pay for!!
