Telkoms FALSE marketing&REFUSAL to cancel service

A Telkom consultant called me a few months ago, offering me a "free" instalation of their line that would only trigger billing once activated by me at a Telkom store. Beginning of October, i suddenly received a billing letter saying i owed Telkom R800 odd rands on a line i had never used or even activated. I called their billing dept, who then assured me they would cancel all billings, &then cancellations, who said they had cancelled it. I was again suprised to receive another billing letter at the start of November stating i owed again (mind u, everytime i call cancelations, i wait over 20 min's on hold (& im NOT exhagerating), only to have cancelations tell me one story or another. Their last was that it would take 30 days for the process to be completed since the day of cancelation. I waited those 30 days&more&called again today. This time i am being told my cancelation was only lodged yesterday, so i again have to wait for whatever final billing letter- a billing i ought not be receiving in the first place since ive NEVER activated any of their services! I am SICK&TIRED of being put on hold for over 30 minutes of my day only to be to OVER & OVER again! Telkom MUST deal with this NOW
