My Name is Stephen Ramokoka, i have been Cell C's customer for over 8 years with three active contracts with them. I have been getting conflicting response from Cell C's Agents regarding my three contracts from the past 6 months. I have two problems with Cell C, the first one been debit order dates and returned debit order. The second one is regarding an extra fee which is being taken from my accounts for something which i dont know about?

Let me go in details regarding my problems? 1) Firstly i have been having a problem with returned debit orders from Cell C for over 6 months whereby i did not understand why it's only Cell C which always comes back unpaid out of many debit orders which i have? I was told that i have only one account which was on Arrears and i went and paid it on their accounts. The following month all my accounts were suspended and i was told that one of my accounts came back unpaid? (2) the other one is regarding an extra which is being taken on one of my accounts and i was promised that an investigation will be done, it's being a month now and i have'nt received an response from Cell C? To make matters worse i was given a bad service today by their Customer Service Agents
