Cell C Debit dates is unacceptable

Cell C Accounts system is stupid. Let me explain: I get paid the last day of the month. The 30th or 31st of each month. I have accounts at few places, and my debit orders are set to the 1st. (Vodacom, FNB, Wesbank, Momentum, Discovery Health has no problem with this - ONLY CELL C has a problem with this). I am a new customer with Cell C for not even a whole week and already have they proven to be unhelpful, unprofessional, and just plain hard head like government officials. Cell C phoned me to inform me that their system can't do a debit order on the 1st of each month. So I asked them to change it? GUESS what Cell C said? NO! The lady who phoned me was rude and every time I wanted to talk she spoke, and the more I told her that I think the system is "Stupid" she kept on saying that the system is not stupid it is just that way it is and they NOT going to help me. And the more I tried to explain to her but this is unacceptable, the more she adamantly refused to help me, causing me frustration and extreme unexplainable anger. I have been a client to Vodacom for 12 years now and wanted to move over to Cell C, but clearly they are not "CUSTOMER FOCUSSED" that has problems STAYAWAY
