From Great to Poor!! Maybe now they'll respond!

I got a call about taking out a data contract at cell c. I considered the 1GB contract. I also wanted to share this bundle with someone. The person said no problem we'll split the bundle to 2 usb devices - no additional costs. I took out the contract. I asked to lock the line when I reach the 1 GB.I was told it would be debit orders but I could change to EFT when they are active. When I got my packages it turned out to be 2 separate contracts and she forgot to set the lock. Still I was happy.

From there it went downhill.

I requested the 2 contracts be added to my voice contract to form one account to pay as one bill. I HAVE REQUESTED THIS TWICE WITH NO FEEDBACK!

I was never informed that nothing was done thus 2 debit orders went through my bank for which there were no funds. My bank charged me R80 per debit returned! I recently received a message from Cell C saying R70 would be added to my accounts for the debits returned - WHAT?

My bill for the next mouth is outrageous! Additional costs as my accounts are unpaid? Interest?

The 10th of July I sent an official complaint via their website and received an automated response - they'll reply within 72hours. No response yet!
