Constant over charging

I am on the SmartData 5 GB contract package (R299 pm) for the past 3 years. And the last few months I have been over charged on my bill numerous times. I use the sim in my iPad and on the statement I am being charged for call charges (The iPad is NOT a phone). I've been monitoring my usage and i have not been out of bundle recently.

I went to a CellC store and even they couldn't pinpoint why I am being overcharged. They told me to get bank statements and issue a claim. Now I need to use my time to get my money back.

Don't even get me started on the pathetic "3G coverage" that's almost permanently on EDGE.

I can't check my usage from the iPad as it shows an error "FAILED NETWORK ERROR"
The Website DOES NOT WORK to check account details.

I think the other complaints on HelloPeter speaks for themselves.

I will use the new CPA to cancel this contract after 3 years. They can keep the money they. I just want nothing to do with this company anymore.
