It is rather disappointing to deal with people that do not have client service in their minds at all.
I called your office to cancel as my wife hasn't used the above cell number for the last 5 years as she misplaced it. I have been explaining myself from 14 February about what happened and it seems as if it fell on deaf ears. I only wanted a refund from the time I cancel this not 5 years.
Each time I call your office & the answer I get it was cancelled last month but when I asked why then another debit this month - I have to log a call to check that. The question I would like to be answered: how long does your admin takes them to cancel something? Surely it cannot be 9 months but if it can take so much you are incompetent then
I have been advised that it was stopped in September 2013 but strangely it shows on this month statements. I have been advised that someone called me to explain what has been happening - that a lie. Tell me what is causing this problem not be resolved anyway? If all these people that do what they supposed to be doing they should have notice that there is a problem with this account and it looks as if they don't care attitude.
