Getting ripped off!

A recently got an ipad from Vodacom. I specifically asked the agent if I could use it as a personal hotspot to use my laptop on the net and he confirmed it. Vodacom is drastically more expensive than MTNSP and cell c but I went with me for the service. Now I find out that they haven't got a contract to use personal hotspot on my ipad. The call centre agent shipped me to the data department who tells me I can use it on my iPhone. Now I am getting 2gb for 99 pm on my ipad and they will only give me 500 mg for R 99 on my cell phone. 4 times the price! I asked them to rather transfer the data from my ipad to my iPhone so I could use the personal hotspot but no luck. asked them to negotiate the bundle rate. no luck. Cellc's rate is 15c per mg. This month my bill is R 2, 980 because I ran out of bundle and got charged R 2 per mg. well done guys, you got me! You ripped the out of me. But you've lost a client for life!
