FNB charges for undelivered IPAD

We are extremely disappointed with FNB. Over a year ago we cancelled an order for an IPAD and ordered a galaxy tab instead. We recently realised we have been charged for both the IPAD and the galaxy tab for over a year even though the ipad was never delivered. We have phoned the call centre 4 times in the past week, each time being promised that someone will phone back within 24 hours. no one has called. We also called the complaints centre where a formal complaint was lodged and were promised to be contacted by the end of that working day. To date, not one person has phoned back and we have not been refunded. As it stand, FNB has thousands out of our account for an item we never received.
