I'm paying for 3G but only get EDGE?

For the past 6 weeks I have been unable to get 3G signal on my iPad using my CellC SIM (084 908 8327).

I have restarted my iPad several times to no avail. My iPad's 3G works perfectly with my VodaCom SIM. CellC 3G is available on my cell phone but even when my phone is right next to my iPad and shows 3G, it is not available on my iPad.

At 16h47 on Friday 5 April I emailed [Email Removed] with the above. I received a notification stating that someone would attend to my query within 48 hours, but no one has done so.

As of right now, I am paying for 3G and only receiving EDGE. Someone at CellC needs to take responsibility for this and contact me with regard to reinstating my 3G or dissolving my contract.
