Crazy data usage charges with no explanation

I have travelled overseas many times this year and never, ever have I had an account exceeding R3000. I now suddenly have an account of R11, 000 and I wish to see the data usage breakdown.

Tuesday, 8 Oct 2013: After holding extremely long and then dialling again we agreed a soft lock on my account, split payment of R11, 004 in two suggested payments. However I noted that I need to see detailed data usage before go ahead. I was told that the response will be in 48 hours.
Friday, 11 Oct 2013: Again called the data desk (082 155) about the large invoice and when would I receive an analysis of the data usage. Told that the invoice was under investigation and that I would have an email explaining it all. Now I was told that investigations can take up to 3 weeks. I noted that an sms to my 082 nr won't work as my soft lock has turned sms'es off as well.
Friday, 1 Nov 2013: receive an sms to say that there will be an amount charged to my account and I must ensure that sufficient funds are available. I called 082 155 three times and went on hold for more than 10 minutes each time. So no success. I was then charged a R4489 without receiving requested data usage analysis.
