NO response for 3 days on "NO NETWORK ACCESS"

This is now the 3rd day that an international company MTN is ignoring me as a client.

As from Sunday my Samsung S4 cannot dial.

When I place the sim into another phone, I have access.

My provided my EMEI number to my service provider to provide to mtn to determine if it is a setting from their side or a faulty phone.

NO communication form mtn's side so far.

If this is not all my concerns on REQ:2950079 is now growing beard: 2 weeks old for an IT company: PATHETIC
