Dont expect any feedback if they owe you money

Due to technical error on Vodacom side, data usage went off airtime instead of thru BIS. This happened two months in a row. Complaint laid beginning of January 2014. No feedback, I must phone continiously and keep on being told that they will get back to me. Wonder what will happen if I stop payment. I spend over R5000 a month accross more than 7 lines. This is how we get treated. OH, HERE WE GO, JUST GOT FEEDBACK, NOT THEIR FAULT. SOME ADVANCED SETTING HIDDEN WAY BACK UNDER 6 OTHER SCREENS WAS INCORRECT AND THIS CAUSED THE BILLING. I DIDNT EVEN KNOW THAT SUCH A SETTING EXISTS. O well Mr whoever runs that company, I ll be at Vodaworld tomorrow morning and I want to see if you can access the freaking setting without help from your technical devision. Then try to convince me that an ordinary person can access the setting and cause this effect. You trying to pull the wool over my eyes, not that easy. This is a matter of principle and you expect me to just accept this because some IT guy said so. You will need more than that.
