I write this letter with great concern regarding a problem I have been experiencing with my cell phone and the network.

I have been very dissatisfied with Nashua Mobile and the service I've been receiving. The Regional Manager dealt with my problem earlier this year where my phone would not work (no network coverage, no internet access etcetera). He collected my phone and advised me that my Blackberry has a malfunction and they replaced the phone for me with a refurbished phone.
Recently, I have been struggling with network. I can receive or make calls, no BBM's, internet access. The phone is hopeless. The other evening I got stuck on the side of the road with my vehicle and I couldn't use my phone. This type of service is unacceptable for a paying customer. I have to reset my phone up to six times in the evening just to receive emails and messages. This is a nuisance and unacceptable. You will notice that my account is always up to date and I have never skipped any form of payment from the date. No one at Nashua replies to emails to assist with the problem.
