I am trying to sign up for the 2gig promotion as advertised but everytime I try to sign up I get the message that my sim card is not registered for RICA but yet when I sign in on my profile it CLEARLY states that I am registered. I contacted the Call Centre and they were unable to assist with my query. I then thought I will send them an e-mail but the web option for e-mail does not work as one of the options ain't functioning and I can't submit the request. Please assist urgently or I will change my service provider.
