Worst service I have ever encounterd

I have been calling three times that took between 30 and 42 minutes with no answer. I sent a fax for them to contact me with no reply. I phoned the 808 number for them to put me trough to them and she said she is logging the call so they must phone me. NO feedback. All that I want to know is if my phone is still insured.
