Bad Customer Service feedback and Turnaround time

I am currently an existing customer of African bank and have applied for a loan twice in this period of 2 months and both times they are either slow with respondse or I get no respondse at all. I applied for a loan in December 2012 at the Newlands branch where they asked me numerous times to recent documents and come resign my application after probably the 3rd time and all the times I had to phone and ask what is going on they gave me a name Razeen Pillay I have phoned him and I did not get any answer. After a week and a half I emailed the consumer advocate and to date I have not received any feedback on that application.

On 15 January 2013 I applied for a loan again at Cape gate branch this time i know employee checks was at least done and when I phone the branch they just tell me it is still in the assessment department. I phoned the call centre same answer and once again got Razeen Pillay"s contact number and I have phone twice already and both times he was in meetings. I have emailed their complaints department and sms them even from them no answer.

This is really poor service from Africanbank and the fact that nobody even reply to you is even worse.
