Mtn Insurance Useless!!!

I booked in my Phone at Mtn Smartsurve Building (Canal walk) in March 4 months later iam still waiting for Mtn insurance to get back to me. I gone to the branch 6 times (Mtn Phone me that my phone is ready for collection) when I get there nothing has been to the phone & according to the consultant mtn phoned me & got no answer. Strange no missed calls or voice mails. (6 Times) finally got hold of Nathaniel Khumalo (insurance) he asked me to pay excess before they will do the repair. Done it, mailed proof but still nothing. A month later gone to mtn & discovered that Nathaniel is no longer with mtn surely someone got to do follow up on his cases. Mtn insurance is useless & I won't recommend it to any one. I also Mailed mtn complaints department didn't even get a reply (REQ:2379496) so I ask you where do I go if the complaints department can`t even help you. Now I was forced to upgrade (Costing me more money) just to get a working phone again. I wouldn't even recommend Mtn insurance to my worst enemy they are useless. Thanks for nothing MTN Insurance.
