Melia has been of great help when I figured that Autopage never gave my parents their 100Mg bundle every month, since their new contract started in March 2013. She assisted in a very friendly and professional manner to address my questions and solve the matter. She also went that extra mile to answer to the R100 from Anytime 100 which was not added for the October bill.

Thank you Melia for answering my emails, calling me and my parents but what is REALLY important is that you managed to assist us with the unusual high cell phone bill.
