Autopage commits breach of contract

The bill we have received from Autopage for June 2013 is not the amount the client signed for on the contract. Autopage charged the client for items that is not even on the contract. I have started phoning on Monday to log a complaint for the faulty bill. It is now Friday and the matter is still not resolved. Autopage boasts of excellent client service, but up to date we have not received any service. The CEO is not reachable and client service does not exist.
