Excessively high data bill that remains unresolved

I have had a 2 Gig MTN data bundle through Autopage for 19 months and paid the standard monthly R149 and no more for almost the entire contract thus far. Last month I was invoiced for almost R5000 as I supposedly used 18 GIGS of data! My bill for June is already R2000 with 8 GIGS having been recorded. I do not download movies or music or any large files for that matter so I am a complete loss as to how I could have possibly used so much data! Something is clearly wrong!!! I have contacted Autopage several times in the last week and requested an itemised URL billing to see what was downloaded. Autopage has told me that I need a subpoena in order to receive this information or I should contact MTN directly for this detailed itemised billing. MTN says I need to speak to Autopage as my contract is through them. No one seems to care that I have this problem and no one is willing to help me sort it out. I would appreciate someone SENIOR from Autopage calling me and assisting me in this inquiry or is that too much to ask?!!!
