On 07/11/2013 I purchased a Nokia phone cash from Vodacom 4u at Pavilion. I was advised to "fiddle with the phone" as I only had 7 days to return to it if I have a problem provided it is in the same condition. I initially took it to Vodacom customer care in Gateway who assisted me with some of the features. I still was not happy and phoned Vodacom 4u on 12/11/2013 to advised them of the problem that I was having. I spoke to the Natasha, Store Manager, who after listening and shouting at me whilst I explained my problem advised me that Vodacom does not accept cellphone returns due to customer dissatisfaction even if it's within the 7 days previously advised to me. She claimed the CPA had been amended and that customers were not allowed to return goods. She further advised that if I returned the phone they would not send it to Vodacom. She advised that i could meet with a Nokia specialist, who failed to honour our appointment as arranged. Nirdosh checked & retained the phone with the promise that the Nokia specialist would contact me. I left my email and contact numbers but to date have not had any feedback or my money refunded. I've had to buy another phone.
