Pathetic

I recently upgraded with Vodacom, i purchased the new Nokia 920, i have only had this phone for 3 weeks. when i went in to vodacom they advised me that they cant repair the screen but it is only the glass that is cracked? i then claimed from my insurance with VODACOM... and they say i only have cover for R7000..00 and i have to pay R1980.00 to get the same phone? i am really unhappy with vodacom i pay you guys R2000 every month for what? really dissapointed im sure Mtn or Cell would love to have my business!!
