I took my son's Blackberry 9360 to be repaired as it wouldn't charge and the charging pin was broken. They took it and told me they would have it ready in 4 days, 4 days turned into 12 with us going backwards and forwards for days on end. It was still not repaired, we requested a new frame be put on as the old one was broken and it came back with something else wrong (admittedly their mistake) 3 days turned into 8 days and then they said they would give me a second hand phone to replace this one. A week of telling me that they were repairing the new one we got it 5 days later. Got home and it was also not working, not charging, came with a water damaged battery and only half the keypad was lighting up. Took it back again and was given the old one back, completely dead now and can be thrown away. He gave me back part of my money as neither he or I had any slips and the broken phone. I complained about the broken phone and asked how they could give me my child's phone back dead condition he shrugged and said that's just bad luck. This child now doesn't have a phone and it he bought it with his own money. While waiting heard lots of customer complaints. Close the down!
