I contacted the call on the 5th july and spoke to a consultant where I queried my account, I explained that a debit order went off on my account and as per the statement I received from vodacom it confirms that payment and the consultant said I must forward the statement, I emailed it on the 6/7/2013 and called in again to confirm if it was received, spoke to sasha who couldn't even pronounce my name and didn't know how to read a statement I explained what happened and as per the statement it shows the payment and she said that its not showing the amount outstanding or the payment that was made, that girl really need to be taught how to read a staement and I even got an sms when the debit order went off and I told the agent who insisted I get a bank statement that the account is closed that's why I requested for the debit order to b removed, agent was sarcastic and couldn't answer me when a questioned was asked and wanted to drop the call while I was speaking. I very dissapointed with the poor service I received. I'm disgusted by vodacom and there call centre agents.
