I CALLED IN ON 26 NOV 2013 TO COMPLAINT ABOUT MY CELLPHONE LINES BEING SUSPENDED WHILE MY ACCOUNT WAS UP TO DATE. TO MY SURPRISE ENTER THE ARROGANT ONE () THABO TIISETSO, I EXPLAIN MY PROBLEM AND EVEN MENTIONED THAT MTN WAS INDICATING IT IS AWARE OF THE PROBLEM BUT TO MY SHOCK THIS IS SO RUDE AND DOESN'T GIVE A TELL ME THAT IT IS CORRECT AND MY LINES SHOULD BE SUSPENDED WITHOUT A VALID REASON, I ASK TO SPEAK TO SOME ONE WHO IS WILL TO ASSIST ME BUT HE PUTS ME ON HOLD FOR OVER 1 HOUR MAYBE IT IS COMPANY POLICY AT MTN TO PUT CUSTOMERS ON HOLD FOREVER WHEN THEY DON'T GIVE A ABOUT SOMETHING THEY DID INCORRECT. I FOUND THE EXPERIENCE REALLY DISGUSTING THAT THABO TIISETSO THINKS THIS IS THE WAY TO TREAT GOOD CUSTOMERS SO ANY FUTURE BUSINESS FROM ME MTN CAN FORGET ABOUT IT THANKS TO THE ARROGANT ONE (THABO TIISETSO). DISGUSTED!!!
