Excellent Service that saved me money

I called King Price some time ago to advise that I will be taking possession on my vehicle. Tiisetso was of great help to me. He realised that the vehicle model had been captured incorrectly, by the consultant who concluded the contract with me, and he fixed the error. The vehicle was captured as a Golf 6 whereas it is actually a Golf 7. Tiisetso ensured that I was not left with a higher premium to pay as a result of the said error.
He liaised with the Sales Person at VW Hatfield to ensure that all admin issues were sorted out by the time I arrived to fetch the car.

He has a positive attitude and he pays attention to detail. On the two occasions where he has assisted me I found him to be professional, diligent and affable. I am elated with the service he provided.
