I called your business banking call centre and a gentleman by the name of Tiisetso answered my call, i asked what i wanted to know and he gave me a feed back, and he gave me not just any feedback that they are trained on, he gave me a detailed feedback, advise and went on to motivating me and by the time i hang up i really felt like i was from a professional consulting room. i called with my spirit down and he gave me hope and even wished me good luck on my business.

That is what i call "good customer satisfactory service"

We need more of people like Tiisetso in the banking call centre, as most consultant make you feel like "you cant meet these requirement, you are declined or you will be declined, dont even waist your time"

He gave me an answer, with solutions and guided me to the possible route that could work for me, and motivated me to not give up.
