Not well trained

On the 16/08/2013 I went to buy some Chino's and I was helped by this Thabo dude, as I know I am a customer and when I get to your till you MUST greet me that's the policy for customer service. So I asked this dude why don't you greet me.. his reply "uthole'mina lana" (you found me here) so you must greet me then I will reply you. I must say i was shocked and disgusted by his attitude..I even called my friend to come and here what Thabo is saying to a customer... I thought I should let the management of this store to know... I am still shocked and if that's what service is being perceived in MR PRICE then I will not buy in this company. I even told Thabo you need proper training and they must book you for those sessions ASAP because he will drive many customers away mark my words.
