In July my daughter ended her contract with Vodacom early (0723920752) and was under my name (0825514634), she was sent a mail with an amount that would need to be paid of R405 to settle the account, which was duly paid. I can understand and account for the end of July 2013 bill, but subsequent to that to still receive a bill for the next 2 months, having received a settlement is totally ludicrous.

I have called into the call centres for assistance and have ended up in collections, cancellations accounts, etc the never ending circle of doom as the one centre will just refer you back to the centre you came from. I even went into the customer care centre and for the first time spoke to someone who understood, but that is where it ended. I was told to mail customer care and that is where the nightmare got worse.

I also noticed that i was given a ghost number for the balance owing as the number was ported out.

Please arrange immediately for the amounts incorrectly deducted for 07232920752/
