R10000.00 bill due to agent negligence

I lost my cell phone on the 29th of March. I called customer care on the 11th of April to block my number, the agent who assisted me confirmed that the number is blocked and no further transactions will occur through that number. A week later i received a call from vodacom informing me that i have extensively used my cellphone and my account is blocked..The number that was used, surprisingly, was the number that i called in to block. Today my bill is sitting on R10000.00 plus due to someone who didn't do his job. I called customer care for assistance but to no avail, i keep on getting the same response; "I will refer the matter to my supervisor for further investigation and we will call you back". I'm tired and off and the only response i want from Vodacom is confirmation that my account has been rectified.
