Extremely bad service from Vodacom

On Sunday 24/11/2013 I phones Vodacom to activate myAirtime tranfer. Great I received a sms that it was done. An HOur later I received a sms stating that it was deactivated as I requested (HUH???) After another phonecall ..the response was that it was a fault and that they will reactivate it immediately... Wel well guess what today is TUESDAY 26/11/2013 and it still not activated...!!!
