I have tried for 3 weeks to get my ADSL service connected but due to the incompetence of MWeb's "technicians" I still have no service.at all. Even after proving that connectivity is perfect using an MWeb "technicians" username and password they still blame me and Telkom for the lack of connectivity.

When attempting to connect using my username and password absolutely no connectivity is established and for the last three weeks they have been trying to fix this, but after 3 weeks and several escalations and promises that they will get back and fix it I still have no service at all yet I pay subscriptions every month and have been for many years.

So to me, apart from being excellent in the blame game, MWeb's "technicians" and service are equally pathetic and I must immediately apologiise to the word pathetic for insulting it.

I am going to close down the service and even try to block any television reception of the word MWeb.
