On the 12/09/2013, I called in to request an early cancellation of my second line 0741189192. I was advised of the amount and gladly made the payment on the 13/09/2013. Called in tp confirm payment had been received and requested cancellation due 13/10/2013. Fantastic easy going experience. Only to find out when i confirmed on the 25/10/2013 that the number had not been cancelled. Requested immediate cancellation which I was told had been completed as of the 25/10/2013, because of this my bill has been messed up and not even understandable for myself or your staff (who are helpful and patient). I was advised what I should have paid which I paid manually only to ring up today and findout that my second contract was still active with a bill that is completely messed with no one able to find out what my total amount due for this month is as the billig system has just been deducting from the handset buyout i paid in september. At the end of september I was advised to wait for the double debit in october which never happend. Its been a chaotic experience and exhausted. I have never had a problem with virgin mobile before but this takes the cake and is extremely disappointing.
